GETTING THE BEST RESULTS FROM YOUR VIRTUAL RENDERINGS
PHOTOS
We understand that you are not a professional photographer, but if you are - great!
The pictures you send for the rendering can be taken with a smart phone. Make sure you use the largest setting and that you are getting everything in the frame that you want to see in the rendering. Take a picture straight on, meaning do not shoot it from the top or down next to the floor - No Selfies Please. We don't care how fat your couch looks. The more pictures you take, the better results you will have so we can select which ones are the best to showcase your vision. Feel free to send as many pictures as you want.
MEASUREMENTS
In order to have accurate results, the square footage of the space is needed. It can be calculated by simply taking the length of the space x the width of the space. The ceiling height is also needed.
YOUR FILES
Your mood board, virtual renderings and shopping list will be sent to the email you provide. If the files are too big, they will be sent via a FTP site through a link you can download. Please download and save all files immediately. We only store files for 2 months after a project is completed.
ELEVATION
An interior or exterior elevation can help with the aesthetic planning during your house design process. By creating an elevation drawing, you can figure out the placement of things like furniture, fixtures, ceiling height, or other decor you plan on including in your final design. Elevation sketches are usually scale drawings, and present a layout of a room on a vertical plane—from floor through the horizontal line to the ceiling—giving a more accurate idea of where and how things will fit together.
MOOD BOARD
Mood boards are essentially a visual collection of the design elements you're considering for a room. They allows you to collect thoughts, ideas, color schemes and moods in one place and define a coherent design concept without risk of losing sight of the bigger picture.

Think about clean lines, thoughtful details, with a focus on sleek, honest materials - simple marble, refined metals, and glass, keeping décor at a minimal.
MINIMALIST
Concentrates on the principle that less is more. In the end, focusing on empty space. Most minimalist spaces have a neutral color scheme with an emphasis on texture that replaces the need for patterns. Functional furniture is the most essential design element because of the less is more philosophy.
